Our School Day

The school gates open at 8.30am and children can go straight to their classroom or have some time supervised on the playground.  Our official school day starts at 8.50am and finishes at 3.20pm for children in Reception - Year 6.

During a typical week, our children are in school for 32.5 hours.

Children attending nursery can do 15 or 30 hours per week depending on eligibility.  Nursery morning session starts at 8.40am and finishes at 11.40am.  The afternoon session starts at 12.25pm and finishes at 3.25pm.  Children attending for 30 hours stay for lunch between sessions. 

Each term we offer a variety of after school clubs for children in KS1 and KS2.  These clubs finish at 4pm or 4.15pm.
