Netball Match: Penn Wood v Claycots

This week Penn Wood had their first netball fixture of the year against Claycot School. Penn Wood started off strong by scoring the first goal, but that was closely followed by an equaliser from Claycot. Defence was strong throughout and we managed to sink another two balls into the net in the second quarter. By half time the score was 3-1 to Penn Wood. Claycot school soon scored another in it was a nail-biting 3-2 by the end of the third quarter. Both teams were hungry for the win, but Penn Wood were fierce and unstoppable, resulting in a 5-2 win!

A super effort by all. We are looking forward to our next fixture against Montem Academy next week.
