Year 5 trip to the beach

Children in Year 5 enjoyed a trip to West Wittering beach on Wednesday 6^th July.

It was a long trip down to the coast but the faces of the children as they saw the beach and the sea made the trip well worth it!

Particular highlights of the day included paddling in the sea (some children even spotted some fish!)  and enjoying a lovely refreshing ice lolly. 

It was perfect weather for a beach trip and Mrs Girle commented on the impeccable behaviour of the children throughout the day. Well done Year 5!
