• Dance club at SSSPAN Festival of Dance 2025

  On Tuesday 29th April, Dance club performed in a Festival of Dance at The Curve Venue in Slough. This special event coincided with International Dance Day.

   

  Alongside other Slough primary and secondary schools as well as Creative Academy, pupils from Penn Wood school were given the opportunity to showcase a dance that they had choregraphed with their dance teacher to an audience of parents and teachers. Two Faces, based on the story of Robert Louis Stevenson's, Jekyll and Hyde, explored different characters. All pupils performed brilliantly.

   

  A child in year 5 remarked, "It was so much fun taking part. It was amazing to watch the older pupils perform from Creative Academy too."

• Eid Celebration Community Event

  Members from our Muslim community created and shared a wonderful Eid celebration for our children today. The children were gifted with a balloon and a gift.
